**Terms & Conditions
After Hours & Overtime

Each package includes a set number of planning hours and coordination time.

Any work required outside of the agreed package scope or time, including additional meetings,

supplier calls, or extended on-the-day coordination, will be billed at R300 per hour.

Overtime will be calculated in full-hour increments and will be communicated before billing.
Payment Terms

A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is due 1 month before the wedding date.

No services will be rendered unless full payment is received.

Payment plans are available on request but must be approved in writing.
Booking & Availability

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of deposit and signed agreement.

Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Monét does not hold provisional bookings without payment.
Cancellations & Postponements

Deposits are non-refundable.

If the client cancels within 30 days of the wedding, 70% of the full package fee will be retained.

In the event of a postponement, we will do our best to accommodate the new date but cannot guarantee availability.

Any rescheduling will incur an admin fee of R500, and any payments already made will be rolled over where possible.
Liability

Monét Events & Weddings is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the planning process or on the event day.

We are not liable for vendor performance or any last-minute vendor issues, but we will assist to resolve challenges to the best of our ability.
Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all requested documentation, access to the venue, and accurate information regarding suppliers.

All final decisions, approvals, and payments to external vendors remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Travel & Accomodation
-
Travel within a 30km radius of Stellenbosch is included. Additional travel will be billed at AA Rates.
-
If overnight accommodation is required due to location or timing, this must be provided or reimbursed by the client.
